Foam scraps are mechanically processed into flakes via a chemical-free shredding process, converting XPE foam residues into raw materials for new high-quality products. Since the development of the recycling process, we have gained a lot of experience with the effective, efficient, clean and sustainable processing of this material.
We reuse the recovered raw materials and upcycle them into a high-quality new foam product, that contributes to sustainable, healthy and safe sports and play environments. The new product is circular and can be recycled infinitely.
